Pages Turn
Remember when
We were so young
So happy then
We thought the world
Would never end
Pages turn
People come and people go
Where has all the time gone
Has it been that long
Since we walked
Down that isle
Remember how we smiled
Pages turn
And how we struggled
Babies grew
And we did too
Now it is just me and you
Has our life turned out
As we thought it would be
Pages turn
This story is nearing the end
I think back
When it all began
There were good chapters and bad
A lot of laughter
Sometimes a little sad
I am glad when we wrote this story
That I was with you
I close the book and think
Oh what a great story
It was
