Oxtails

often cooked varied styles
                                     one soul-food dish joyed
                                       over large gatherings,
                                      on holidays choose first
                                        ordinary love fest
                                        originate in Spain
                                    oven baked are the best!

This poem was ultra delicious, Patrice. I love ox tails. Never roasted them though. That is gonna happen now, thanks to your poetic inspiration. Sweet, tasty poem, sis. Love and hugs to you.

Patrice, this is an interesting one. I have been to Spain and did not know they ate these for XMas. I was not there during that time of the year, however. Thanks for supporting my contest and I hope you will try my next one. Soupmail.
