Overwhelmed

Dark hooded eyes
Sunglasses hiding your stare
Piercing thru the dark
I try to catch my breath

My hand on your heart
Feels the steady beat
While my heart races
My legs grow weak

You overwhelm
I'm overcome
You captured my mind
I turn to run
