I have been having such fun watching you blossom into a footle pro! Any waist watcher should appreciate these. I liked the "Butt shakes / earth quakes" and "Bed broke / blame bloke" ones the best. Going over now to read your other ones. Hugs ~ John

John, thank you...I am such a klutz at limericks. I hope to get much better at these and funnier. I am with you on the two you chose. I have had people of "large girth" break kitchen chairs! The teen ones were a kick to write. Ah~ those days...special poem coming later. More teenage memories.Ah, love. Thanks John. Pangie xx

G’day Panagiota … really enjoyed your fun footles. I can imagine blaming the scales or clothes shrinking in the wash - thank you Panagiota - Lindsay

Lindsay, I was in the weight loss industry for years... The denials of the cause are endless indeed. Here's a clue. Plate too big...fork keeps shoveling food into mouth. I have seen people lose weight and keep it off. That would be me amongst millions who have. The funniest one..I had a large Puzza and a diet coke? ROFLMAO. THANKS, PANGIE JUST POSTED TEENAGE FOOTLES...pls read them? Thanks, Pangie

Good one' Tom. You are an active guy, though from what you told me. Walking everyday for a mile works wonders. I used to do that Daiky and I was a runner too. Those days are over, Sniff sniff. Pangie xx
