Overcome

When you've fallen down and times are rough, struggling in the depths of sin; can't do this alone, you've had enough, too ashamed to face the situation. Don't worry, it's not the end, and even though you feel so small; everyone loses faith now and then, you'll be welcomed back because He's already forgiven you. Climb on out of your sinful slough, feel the release of all chagrin; no more need to pretend you’re tough, you're in a place where we've all been. But on your own you'll never win, salvation comes to those who call; look up to the sky, lift up your chin, Never ending love and abounding grace are free for you too. Brand new spirit without a scuff, though at times you may feel defeated again; when others gibe, mock, and act guff, resist the fighting back temptation. Spread God's love across the nation, His justifications to them befall; yet you'll remain in His constant protection, the fights already over, there's no need to feud. Satan will menace but it's all a bluff, thinks he has a chance at the brawl; but in reality he's been shackled and cuffed, for the world's already overcome if you have the right view.
