Over You

I’m so over you
And the way I was treated
And just so you know
I refuse to be defeated

Remember all the times
You said you’d be there
But when you weren’t I understood
I’d say I was more than fair

I can’t take the lies
At least not anymore
At times I begin to wonder
What I’m even trying for

You said you would change
And time after time I’d try
To forgive and forget
Yet you continued to lie

Well so much for trying
Things are different this time
No longer is it worth the fight
This love has lost its prime

Forget this, I’m done
With all the things you do
I’m now moving on
I’m so over you
