Over the Rainbow

Remember these youthful days of long ago going to the movies really so full of fun one of the earliest memories comes to mind being at the pictures days of little sun The 'Wizard of Oz' was a great movie full of suspense and drama music was fab I loved Dorothy's innocence just like me even now think of it was never drab The tin man was so sad with no heart a bit like me then wanted so to change even the scarecrow at bottom of class with no brain that was me still at start Now that poor lion full of fear I knew too well stammer held me down so many pictures here could easy relate but hope came my thoughts got clear But for me the memory that highlights it all Dorothy the star way up 'over the rainbow' watching to it again haunts all my mind bringing home feelings makes one glow!
