Over My Dead Body

You're going to need to Stop my heart beat and take my head off me
Leave me laying on the floor
I'll win the fight and go to the end in the war
The only way you'll beat me is to stand over my dead body

I feel like providing knowledge for those who need it
If I drop a diamond then I hope you pick it up and keep it
Everyone talks but it's who listens that matters
Take advice from everything you hear, then make your decision after

You won't make it to the future if you stumble over past thoughts
talk first, only fight as a last resort
use every mistake as a crash course
I'm gaining new scars when I'm not even over past wars

I hold my head high, I won't let them see me sweat
Fear will never be inside of my heart
I make every choice based on me so I don't have regrets
I don't need the light, because I can survive in the dark

Those are some things I've learned along the way
Speak your mind, nothing is wrong to say
If they try and censor you then speak louder
People who censor others are cowards

Fight till the end, no matter what battle your in
Enjoy your life, go and travel with friends
Lace up your boots and fight as if you're Rocky
I've learned I'll never lose until they're standing over my dead body
