Over Lime Green Hills
Sunrise came beautiful over lime green hills,
And soon warm butterscotch sunshine poured,
In brand new delights and summertime thrills,
As the heart of nature beat to its grandeur.
And soon warm butterscotch sunshine poured,
And from emerald trees the bluebirds crooned,
As the heart of nature beat to its grandeur,
In the hours before spills of midnight moon!
And from emerald trees the bluebirds crooned,
While grassy hills were stained with flowers,
In the hours before spills of midnight moon,
Butterflies stirred breezes in quiet whispers.
While grassy hills were stained with flowers,
In brand new delights and summertime thrills,
Butterflies stirred breezes in quiet whispers,
Sunrise came beautiful over lime green hills.
