Outside Voice

“Outside Voice”

Silence aint Golden, it’s not what you think

My voice on hold, no freedom to speak

That’s thought provoking, can’t say what I feel

A mind boggling experience, it’s time to reveal

I can no longer sit idle; there are things to be said

You must hear me, these words in my head

There were choices to make, and you left me no choice

To say what is real, in my outside voice.
