Outside of Time

Some unions exist outside of time.
Eternal night scapes made from her first gasp,
Made from the very act of pulling him closer
And made from the act of pushing him away.
From the well-worn path his steps have made over the years,
Between her nightmares and her dreams.
You left this world so long ago,
Yet I think about you still.

Greta, do I understand this to be a personal story of love, loss and the hurt that lingers? I can certainly relate!
