Outside In the Nightfall
Out there in the moonlight
a road calls me forth
down the pathway
hundreds of little neon lamps fly omnidirectionally
the ambience of the forest promotes my feet to continue on
light wind sways the trees
with a blissfully mild cold breeze
further on
is a lake reflecting the pearl
and other celestial stars
owls and crickets make their tunes
the outer shines are now moving circularly in the sky
forming some kind of portal
out comes a giant hand
offering to show me a place
where adventure takes on a whole new meaning
I climb onto the hand
and in I go
to where dimensions of wonder
are beyond human comprehension
