Outside
Soothing, moving broken wing whilst relaxing in lights radiance,
the bird song brings sheer cheer though only momentaneous.
In tune I croon a lullaby for with nature I am one,
the trees are watching, birds are flocking all under our great sun.
Here, I ponder our big wide world and all that it does nurture,
what was, what is, what will be and me the mere immerser.
A love divine and is all mine-with this I do so stride,
not once, with a thought-this poem I caught 'til I went outside.
