Outer Space Longing

Outer Space Longing

I
pine
for you
who is lost
to me many years.
Never to see you once again
as I travel far away to unknown depths of space;
missing feeling the air you blew on my face as I looked at your lovely blue skies.

A poem for future space travelers who may not come back.
