Out of This World
nobody knows where I’m going
I am not a child of this world
they say I’m just passing through
but I know the difference between the lines
of hate and love in a haunted world where the rain falls hard
and the fools run the show
Time is not on my side
And I don’t see straight down the line
I see the curve that we can’t make at this speed
Put the break on and call the dogs home
It’s never to late to call it a day
Leave it to the people who care
Cause I’m the lonely type
Cigarettes and beer
window down walking down the track
waiting for a train out of this world
