Out of the Box, To Stay

Better World Books boxes stacked to my right
I wonder at the words hidden from my sight
Could go on-line and browse the site
To see what other authors' write
But I'm not sure I want the fright

Some days so good not to know
The power went out along time ago

But for now it is turned on

Lets hope it all isn't another con

The competition doesn't bother me at all
I fight with myself enough as I take the last curtain call
I fall
But on my knees God is tall
And He lifts me up to carry the ball

So I continue to go
To toss, to throw
To play

How wonderful to pass "the ball" to others when you have received God's grace, Autumn. The power of your words will burn eternally and it will never be said your "power went out a long time ago." Great write, Autumn! Love, Carolyn
