Our World

Our World "Once upon a time, I was falling in love. But now I’m only falling apart, Nothing I can do. A total eclipse of the heart." Foolish sayings, That’s what we follow. Believe our zodiac horoscopes, Follow them blindly. Entranced by pretty words, All of which are lies. Lies we tell ourselves so many times, We trick ourselves into believing. Politics are just as foolish, Conservative or Liberal? Pick one, You’re wrong. Pick the other, Still wrong. There is no right, Just lies and fights. Presidential candidates left and right, But who is sane? Am I…? Are you…? The real question is, Is anyone sane? Well we sure don’t act like it. The real problems we don’t pay attention to, The small things we explode. The liberal influence is strong, Can you escape the madness? Our world crumbles, Slowly at first. But trust me , It will speed up. Perhaps Stephen King’s ‘ The Dark Tower’, Will become our reality. Our very own technology, Will be our ultimate demise. Sickly bogs… wastelands. Will we create robots? Will they take over first? Or something else… Our very own technology, Will be our ultimate demise.
