Our Time

Our Time

Sometimes it seems like life rushes by
No time to laugh, no time to cry
Good times come, bad times go
We’ve learned to love, and we’ve learned to grow

My friends and I have become as one
But when all has been said and all has been done
We’ll all turn our backs, and then walk away,
To start a new life, and live day by day

The good times we’ve shared will always remain
And the storms we’ve weathered again and again.
Hand in hand we’ve made it this far
Together we’ve managed to reach for that star

We now hold our lives in the palm of your hand
Given a chance, we will grow and expand
Never look back, for the future is near,
But remember our time with a laugh and a tear
