Where would we be without our Sun and Moon;
each holds us safe in space among the stars.
Held fast by our Sun's gravity, we spin,
while our pearl Moon controls the shift of tides.
The sunrays feed the growth of trees and plants-
as well as bringing us both day- and night,
whereby, our Moon casts light on land and sea;
each phase helps to direct all life on Earth.
Our Sun and Moon create much bliss and love;
we yearn for sunny warmth and fun-filled days-
and moonglow sets romantic scenes for love,
as couples walk beneath soft, mystic beams.
Without our Sun and Moon, where would we be?
But for their part- no joy of life we'd see.
