Amy, this is good!I have read a few poets that fluster me too. I read them and go "Why can I not write like that?" Their words just seem to fall out of the pen and onto the page. But I keep writing because it is a passion. I do love to read a poem and come across those lines that make me smile and go, "Dang! I wish I had written that!" I really loved this poem.
