Our Nation Needs God
I believe we’re living in…
What many call “an x-rated society…”
The “pleasures of life” come in quite a variety!
Just about anything someone wants,
comes with “a push of the button.”
But when it comes to anything of God…
“He ain’t nothin.’!”
Where we will be tomorrow…
No one seems to know.
As many seek “fulfillment” for their ”empty” soul…
What’s right or wrong… Has been
“turned upside-down.”
While the tide of wickedness
reaches every city and town…
While so many minds seem to be filled with
this world’s pollution…
People are looking for answers… And a solution!
Our hope and faith certainly doesn’t
lay in our possessions.
Nor in our dark secrets, and “secret obsessions…”
To those of you who perhaps, are waiting
for a “government bailout…”
Let me tell you what the true meaning
of living is all about…
Jesus is our security! 100% guaranteed life
and health insurance!
It’s only in him, we can have a “blessed assurance!”
Only he has the power to rescue us
from the horrible mess we’re in!
And it’s only in him… Where true freedom begins!
He gives a true definition to what we call
“The American dream…”
He alone is our foundation. The truth.
Our everything!
May the words; “In God we trust”
apply in everything we do!
Let these words be woven into
the great “red white and blue…”
As the good news of Jesus Christ
is shouted loud and clear…
The “darkness” across our land will
soon disappear!
