Our Moment

If I could forever hold you in this moment

stoping the hands of time

I fear it be not long enough.

I cry out to the creator in fervent plea:
“ Hold the moon in the midnight sky
and the eastern sun from rising”

that I

might linger with you still.

Lo, though that plea,
I in full understanding know

Morning sun shall come

and in so doing

bring end to this moment.

Our moment.

For the hourglass of life shall not cease at the cries or hopes of man.

Thus Passion’s cry for notice

.......of this fleeting moment.

.......Our fleeting moment

(Ohhh ...... but what a moment it was.......).
