Our Love

Eight months have passed almost to the day
So quickly time did flow
You captured my heart in such a way
My feelings all now show

Friendship and love have come into play
(As) your world I come to know
Firmly in each other’s lives to stay
Til the winds cease to blow

Love sublime, hearts entwined
What next does life hold in store?
Our paths are not confined
So let us walk through the door

To future not defined
Fear must wait forever more
This love we have is kind
(So) journey with me, I implore
