Our Friendship Is Forever

 
The flame of friendship ignited in us,
our spirits entwined like twin blazes, yes;
We became a beautiful matching pair,
with a special connection very rare.

Now, because of work you must leave,
but you will always be my friend, Genevieve;
No matter the years you will dwell in my heart,
twined in my life you will always be part.

May your path take you to a beautiful place,
our friendship, I will forever, ever embrace.
