Our First
Sitting high on a throne of emotions,
At the last stop down memory lane.
Though they might just be some obscure visions,
You were once held captive under their reign.
Happiness, sadness or regret you feel,
Its the one thing you will never let go.
Moving on from it might have seemed surreal,
But you did so its time to let it show.
Just ‘cause you left doesn’t mean you forget.
Of course, you shouldn’t feel miserable
‘Cause when you get over, never regret.
By then, its always unattainable.
At times, your first can’t always be your last
But if it is, do your best, and make it a blast.c
