Our Fathers' Drum

It sounds different from all drums Its older than toothless granny But all its teeth is fixed None of us doesn't know its sound Boom boom We know the King is coming boom boo Grasshoppers are here Boom boo boo boom The storm is coming Booom! boom boom boom boom boom Even toddlers know what that is Drum of war Women run to carry babies Men run for spears Its our rivals They are here for our youth and cattle We fight for the King and for our ancestors Till blood of our enemies floods in the valley so that Boom Boom boom Can sound the drum of the King's heroes
