Our Father

Our Father.

I was raped last night by a man
I’m kneeling down here today because I believe
I believe that you’re out there; I want to come home to you
It’s true the world is a monstrous place
I saw the last days of the world flash before my eyes
When he grabbed me at the corner of the street, he took my soul
He took my soul when I felt it inside me
I do not want to be here anymore
Here my prayer, here my cry
Here me lord, I want to come home
Today I’m going to come to you
Where I will be safe
Where my unborn child will be safe

Amen.
