Our Faithfulness

When nobody is ready and willing
to hold you, remember
that our faithfulness
must be the pledge
we'll always honor;
let others keep on wandering.

Adore me, and I'll adore you,
nothing more, nothing less than the desire
that trust and devotion give to each other
to offer true happiness, and these are
true feelings we can relate to,
and trusting each other will bring us closer.

When you can't find anybody
to comfort you: I'm listening to your fear
although distance won't allow hearing the loud cry
of the heart despite its pain, imagine I am near;
is there anything more precious than our faithfulness,
than the hugs of fondness?
