I wrote a term paper about her when I was in high school - she is a great inspiration and one of the finest First Ladies of our history!

Thanks, Andrea. Eleanor was and is an inspiration, traveling the world during WW2 to visit the troops, find out about their equipment and housing / bedding supply levels, and getting under-supplied units up-to-standard. A First Lady who put the soldiers first. Where is the Eleanor of today?!! (Let's not think about Melania, who's more like a French Poodle). Cheers, Gershon

You know. Eleanor wanted to be a ballerina as a girl. She 'grew out' of that one. (I think she was close to six feet tall, which is 182.88 cms). ~ gw
