Our Dreams Were Answered

We were best friends
Then one on one
Our love was strong
And our stars touched

Up in our dreams
We flew like birds
Pass past dead ends 
And cars that crashed

It was us now
Free from our past
We built our nest
On a tree top

Next to a park
That wrapped our gift
Soon seeds took root
To the bird's cries
