Our Destiny
What is our destiny, we sometimes wonder?
Why are we here in this world of doubt, not
knowing what tomorrow will bring.
When we came into this world - we came crying,
not knowing what our future would hold. Some
of us were loved from the start. Some of us didn't
have that luck.
One day we grew up and found out that life is hard.
If we have a good life - we are thankful to God. If we
don't - we curse the day we were born.
If we are rich, we can't rest easy. We have to be on
guard night and day. I think it doesn't pay. So what
is my destiny, we ask ourselves? We think of that
as we are getting old.
We know how we came into this world, but we don't
know, how we are going to leave. Our destiny we can
not see. Our destiny is up to Thee...
