our delightful faerie queen
within mystical realms she originated
orange organdy enveloped her prettiness
Virgo’s moon kept watch, adoring her
energy of the cosmos made up her aura
never before had we seen such a Goddess
inspired by coral frothiness, she planned her day
newts, faeries and brownies announced her arrival
we mushroom people waited, servants, at her whim
ignorant gnomes and dwarfs went about their business
she brought warmth and fire to our meadow
tickled, we delighted ones, did a happy dance
enthusiasm could be felt miles away
royalty has a way of exciting the fey
igniting us, she gave us new inspirational ideas
and then she was gone, our lovely faerie queen
