Our Country's Flag

Our Country’s Flag
Why won’t people stand,
For our country’s flag.
It has a lot more meaning,
Than an old faded rag.
A lot of people died,
For the Red, White & Blue.
All you disrespectful people,
You don’t even have a clue.
Where did we go wrong,
When did you lose your pride.
Disrespect is everywhere,
I think it’s country wide.
I will always stand,
And I will always brag.
There is nothing greater,
Than our country’s flag.

Very well said, Don! I spent 30 years in the AF honoring the flag and what it stands for and I'm sickened by the disrespect shown by the flag today - Bob H
