Notes About The Poem

" THE END "

Our Civilization

It took mankind thousands of geniuses

And

A myriad of years our civilization to build

But

It takes only a madman and a few moments to

Bring it down!*

Sotto Poet March 21, 2022 at 6:28 AM What a beautiful experience it is to read your poems, dear Demetrios. My friend, you've hit the nail on the head with this one. You speak on behalf of the entire community. That person is behaving like Hitler and has to be restrained immediately. Demetrios Trifiatis March 21, 2022 at 12:02 PM How wonderful to see you again after your POTD victory, my friend, Lasaad! Thank you so much for your gracious comment! Be blessed!

Vijay Pandit March 21, 2022 at 5:33 AM Well said my friend. You speak for us all. Hoping he will be defeated somehow. Demetrios Trifiatis March 21, 2022 at 12:00 PM Certainly, he will be defeated, my friend, Vijay, for he is on the side of evil. I prophesize his end in tomorrow's Limerick! Thank you so very much! Blessings!

Tom Cunningham March 21, 2022 at 2:29 AM So true Demetrios, I can't believe we're letting that man massacre men, women and children. Hell Awaits him, he's pure evil. Tom Demetrios Trifiatis March 21, 2022 at 4:17 AM A little bit longer and he will massacre the world, my friend Tom. The world, us must stop him before is too late. We must not forget Hitler! Thank you for caring. Blessings.
