To all of our soldiers Here and abroad Your bravery is seen And honored by all Your caring touch To the people you free Your scornful punishment To those who deceive You’re doing your duty You’re fighting with pride Defending a people Who know not how to survive All the small children With eyes so bright Look at you Understanding not why you fight The freedom you bring them Comes with a price So many American soldiers Have given their lives Is a life for freedom And even exchange Another countries freedom An American family’s pain For the loss of their loved ones Who died in a fight A memory they will live with All of their lives Our county was built With honor and pride Without our brave soldiers We would never survive To Our American Soldiers Alive and gone Your love, life and honor Will always live strong
