Ottava Rima #3

I leave my day as quickly as I came,
Being welcomed, once again, by the door.
Silence lovingly calls me by my name
The very moment my feet hit the floor.
The hungry man meal is served up the same
Way that it was served up the day before.
Now, the ever present sound of the wind
Tells me that my day has come to an end.
