Orkie a Whales Tale Part 2
Another day Orkie went out for a swim
Around the inlet rim
It was blowing , the beginning of a gale
When he ran into another pod of whales
They started to sing a song
That came through the water loud and long
Orkie tried to answer their call
But to this pod his voice sounded very small
They said a storm was beginning to brew
And this inlet was safe they knew
All of sudden up came mom and Aunt Bea
To check out this pod and whom they would be
It was a pod that roamed the same coast
One that mom and Aunt Bea knew the most
They were very large in number
And decided to stop and have a slumber
They sang a different song
That is how they understood and got along
You see they belong to a different pod
Now Orkie understood and gave a nod
Each pod sang their own song
So they knew to whom they belong
Their voice can travel on the waves
Even to the deep underwater caves
But some are called transient whales
And they have many good tales
They roam the oceans of the earth
All their life right from birth
