Original Sin To Insanity

his child crime started petty ~ stealing red apples from bordering trees

his adult crime knows no bounds ~ red’s now invading bordering countries

if red’s not faced down by us all ~ his madness will border world war three

Thank you Christopher, this guy is living in the last century, if he thinks the world will bow before him, I’d rather take my chances with nuclear option, cheers David

From apples to big chunks of land, quite a leap. I might have 'scrumped' a few apples in my youth but stopped at that. Tom

We all did as kids Tom, back in those days it was almost a right of passage, but this Putin already has all the power and wealth in the Russia, and absolutely no need to invade Ukraine, so I’m guessing he’s a psychopathic megalomaniac and a very dangerous one at that, cheers David

How prophetic this poem may be. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us, David. Our world seems to be at a precipice. God help us, before we destroy his beautiful creation. Bill

Thank you Bill, One way or another Putin must be stopped, he’s hoping the spectre of WW3 will keep him safe, but I’m not so sure, the world must stand united now, and not give another inch to him, cheers David
