Origami
Lay out your struggles
Take what aves you and fold it in half
The corner, your anger, going from center out again
All you sadness and despair shown light with every shifting angle
Keep going-
Even if it tears,
Keep going
Then, with one swift movement
throw your troubles to the wind
Release your problems like paper cranes
