V is for Valkyrie, shield maiden, chooser of the righteous fallen.
I is for Industry in search of truth and honor through creativity.
R is for Righteous intent and open armed hospitality.
G is for Growth toward independence and self-reliance through fidelity.
O is for Order sought through discipline, which holds Chaos in check.
