Optimistic Illusion

Man gazes upon the shattered horizon
Witness to a cosmos, boundless as his imagination
Men beckon him as a fool
Only they have twisted visions
Belittling as insignificant to expanse ahead

This beholder sees opportune
As if a sea brimming with life
The horizon offers treasures that lay in wait
Even if not now
Efforts and struggles will go with reward
