Opposites Do Attract

Opposites Attract

(Verse 1)
Every time we see each other
We smile
Think we been interested in each other
For a while
Everybody joking
Saying y'all look good together
We laugh it off
Saying no we're just cool
But in the inside
Neither one of us is a fool
To wonder
Could there be some feelings
Or is this just a joke
Or maybe there's a glimpse
Of hope
We are just good friends
I'm not going to react
I guess it's a true saying
Opposites do attract

(Chorus )
It's a true statement
Or maybe a fact
Boy,
That Opposites really do attract
Don't hide your feelings
That is wack
You'll never know
Until you try
Stop questioning yourself why
It's a fact
That opposites do attract

(Verse 2)
We are totally different
Who would've
Ever thought
That feelings would've been caught
Boy, The friend zone
That's where we were meant to stay
At least I thought that anyway
You started to come on
Said your feelings had become
strong
We were friends
More like homies
Just feel awkward
Now you want me

Chorus )
It's a true statement
Or maybe a fact
That Opposites really do attract
Don't hide your feelings
That is wack
You'll never know
Until you try
Stop questioning yourself why
It's a fact
That opposites do attract

(Hook)
Take a look
Down the lane
Of what it could've been
If we had stop lying about our feelings
Oh boy
Take a look down memory lane
Of what it could've been
If we had stop lying about our feelings

Chorus )
It's a true statement
Or maybe a fact
That Opposites really do attract
Don't hide your feelings
That is wack
You'll never know
Until you try
Stop questioning yourself why
It's a fact
That opposites do attract

(Repeat until chorus fades)
