Opera's In The Forests
When the birds nest
Late at night
And the moon glows
Its brightest white
The crickets chirp
A tenor chorus
Throughout the darkest
Pitch-black forests
Miles long
Their voices heard
Wakes the conscious
Of the curious bird
And so, they tweet
To the cricket's song
And sing in rhythm
All night long
