Opening the Mind's Petals

OPENING THE MIND'S PETALS

Smoldering life spreads suffocating smoke all over
Clouds the insular mind in pessimistic opacity,
Beauty unseen beyond the myopic vision unclear
Deforms in mind defined by contours of negativity.
From the depth of depression it’s time I recover
The sunk values of life, appreciate their sanctity.
It’s time I leave desolate psychic landscape behind
In flowers of a new garden I open petals of my mind.
