OPEN UP
Pour forth those emotions,
that dwell deep within you...
clouding your heart in gloom.....
talk ever so often..
and carry a lighter heart
put them emotions into words,
talk about those hurts...
binding you from progress
biting your tongue ever so often...
leaves you hurting inside,
Let go of the soul burdens..
the heavy loads you carry alone..
depart from the path of loners-
open up to a loyal friend......
and allow joy to dwell in you
get a hug ever so often,
receive a loved one gently
compliment ever so nicely...
delight your friends success
and allow joy to find you.
