Ooh That Hurt

Ooh that hurt!
Splatted face-first in the dirt,
Oh good grief!
I think I've rattled my teeth.
I thought I could out run that team,
Cause I'm the fastest thing you've ever seen,
The reason I couldn't get loose,
Was I forgot to tie my shoes.
