At age 60 years old I consider myself in pretty good shape. Good enough shape to actually join a fast-pitch baseball team with my son Dylan (25) and my grandson Kane (20). I suppose there are not too many to be as fortunate as I am at my age. It is truly a blessing that we will all be playing together on the same team. My Brother Paul (55) and his son Paul (24) and Nephew Peter (22) will also be on the team. Our first practice was yesterday...my girlfriend had the Ben-Gay waiting (lol)

With my son and grandson...on my team My heart, my soul, and face...tends to gleam At age sixty years old I've often been told "Get Ben-Gay" (Ha)...you know what I mean

Hahaha! I do know what you mean... Good for you, Charlie. At 59.5, the 's' hit the fan for me. Since then, physically, it's been a 10.5 year struggle... Till 59.5, though, it was quite a ride! Can't complain. Here's to you running a marathon at 100. Ok, a half-marathon... OK., Would you believe a 3k walk?! lol. Thanks! ~ gw

This made me smile Charlie - who says we are getting older - we are spring chickens, only I don't how how many Springs back I should go! A happy limerick. So long Charlie, will talk again soon. blessings, Jennifer

When we get older we get younger in our minds, if only our bodies would do that too . . . lol
