I didn't know whether I was jealous
or just intriqued
it caused me to
want and need
and I was honored that my
wanting was meet
with the same interest I had returned
might love bless us with togetherness
that we as one might prospoer
in our oneness
with the blessing of those
we find dear
that the sacred trust of union
shall have us to belong to one
another in the blissful respect
of marriage
might the mercies of yesterday
resound from day to day
that our whispers of love
be as sacred to one another
as our togetherness
those things between us
to be seen as our creations
that empositions shall stand not to
ever be
neither temptation
or lust shall divide us
or have us unraveled
all of those in our presence
shall respect us in that
trust
that even divided we
shall look to one another
and trust
