Only What's Best For You

You lie to my face, can’t imagine what you do when I’m not looking.
It’s okay for you to do whatever you want, but when I do the same it’s different
I try my hardest to please you and give you what you want
But I will never let you walk all over me.
I thought my love for you would never fade, but I believe we are coming to that stage
I’m in a state of mind where I feel you are no longer mine.
You say you love me and you will never cheat but that’s not what I feel
When my heart constantly skips a beat.
I hope the love we had will spark up again.
Because I truly care for you, but I feel I will never win.
