Only Six Ninety-Nine

We are selling shirts for six ninety-nine.
They have school colors – tangerine and lime.
They are scratchy and wrinkly most of the time.
Come closer, young pigeons, only six ninety-nine.

That reminds me of one I bought at school once...Why are they always so stiff and scratchy? A great pen.
